YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

As a Customer Service Representative, you are the face and voice of our company. When people call with issues that need to be addressed, you reassure them that we can meet their needs. With a friendly demeanor, you schedule appointments and make sure our technicians arrive on time. A stickler for follow-through, you call our customers after the work has been done to ensure that they are completely satisfied and would be happy to have us back again.

This administrative position can be either full- or part-time. If full-time, this position would initially work in our office 40 hours per week, Tuesday through Saturday. After training, the schedule would be from Tuesday through Saturday or Wednesday through Sunday with work from home on Saturday and Sunday. Other work-from-home days may be added.
